This museum aims to highlight the great men native of "Muret" and its surroundings :
- Clement Ader , the famous aviation pioneer.
- Vincent Auriol, first president of the Fourth French Republic.
- Adolphe Niel, named Marshal of France in 1859 and War Minister in 1869.
- Nicolas Dalayrac, author of "Camille ou le souterrain".
In addition to its permanent exhibits, the museum offers regular thematic events and participates in major national events (Night at the Museum, ...).
