Cited the first time in 1709, the chapel is built in the place of an old attic. It was repaired the first time in 1829 at the request of the Bishop.The restoration of 1990 revealed a part of her past. Stripped of its plaster, the main façade has unveiled a vaulted porch. This suggests that it was open as a chapel still exist in the Tarentaise. The current bell was produced by the foundry Paccard in Annecy.
